What Are Points?

Points are our way of measuring your study effort — think of them like "study calories" that track your learning activities. They help you monitor your progress and maintain consistent study habits.

How Do I Earn Points?

You earn points through different learning activities:

  • Listening: 10 points per minute of original audio (1 point for each 6 seconds)
  • Soundbites: 25 points each on completion
  • Vocabulary Review: 5 points per entry (whether you mark it learned or not)

Point Breakdown Example

Let's say on one day you do:

  • 15 min, 24 sec of listening = 154 points
  • Complete 2 Soundbites = 50 points
  • Review 18 vocabulary entries = 90 points

Total points: 294 points
