Go to https://app.jiveworld.com/ and create an account or sign in to an existing one. Find and tap the "Have a code" button at the bottom of your Dashboard or Account page.
Alternatively, from your profile menu, click "Redeem a code."
Tip: the code is not case-sensitive, and you can leave out the dashes.
