Yes, Jiveworld stories can be cached on your device for offline use.
Any story that is in progress (you will need to have clicked "Begin studying") or marked for study later is automatically downloaded in the background. To check if a story is downloaded, visit the main story page (where you see the list of chapters) and look for the "Downloaded" icon.
If you do not anticipate being offline, you can turn off automatic downloading from the General Settings. This may improve performance on some devices.
